BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONSwebsite, mobile applications, audition portals, workshops, talent registrations, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Bennheims Films, a division of Bennheims Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, registering, applying, uploading content, or using any service on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The Platform may be used only by persons who are legally competent to contract under Indian law (18 years and above).

1.2 In the case of minors or child artists, access and registration must be done only by a parent or legal guardian, who shall be fully responsible for compliance with these Terms and for the actions and content of the minor.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

2.1 The Platform is intended to facilitate:

Talent discovery and auditions

Applications for acting, technical, creative, and production roles

Workshops, training programs, and casting processes

Professional networking within the film and media industry

2.2 Registration or application does not guarantee selection, employment, audition calls, or project allocation.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

3.1 You agree to provide true, accurate, and updated information at all times.

3.2 Only one account per individual or group is permitted unless expressly approved by the Company.

3.3 Impersonation, false representation, or misleading information may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

4. USER SUBMITTED CONTENT

4.1 You may upload photographs, videos, audio clips, portfolios, showreels, or other materials (“User Content”) solely for evaluation, casting, promotion, or internal review.

4.2 By submitting User Content, you grant BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to view, store, review, use, display, and internally share such content for professional and business purposes related to the Platform.

4.3 You confirm that:

You own the rights to the content, or

You have full permission to submit it

4.4 BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS shall not be liable for misuse of personal information voluntarily disclosed by you in User Content.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful content

Harm or exploit minors in any form

Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

Use the Platform for illegal, immoral, or commercial solicitation purposes

Engage in harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent removal without notice.

6. WORKSHOPS, AUDITIONS, AND SERVICES

6.1 BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS may offer paid workshops, auditions, or training programs.

6.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.3 Participation in workshops or auditions does not assure casting, employment, or professional advancement.

6.4 Recording or redistribution of workshops or sessions is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Registration fee shall not be refunded to applicants.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All Platform content, branding, logos, designs, layouts, and materials belong exclusively to Bennheims Films.

7.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8.2 BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS does not guarantee:

Audition selection

Job placement

Career outcomes

8.3 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, data loss, or professional expectations arising from use of the Platform.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user at its sole discretion without assigning reasons.

9.2 Rights granted to the Company prior to termination shall survive such termination.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. AMENDMENTS

BENNHEIMS PRODUCTIONS may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
